Megan Bowman Named Vice President of Human Resources for Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

MARIETTA, Ga. (April 14, 2008) - Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced today that Megan Bowman has been named vice president of human resources. In this role, Bowman will provide expert human resources guidance and oversee all human resources activity for the company in the U.S. Bowman will also serve as a member of the U.S. Pharmaceutical Leadership Team.
Prior to joining Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Bowman served as the senior vice president of human resources for MARSH, one of the world's largest insurance brokers. Previously, she was senior vice president of executive recruiting for Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina. She brings more than 15 years of human resources experience to her role.
Bowman received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Harvard University and a master’s in business in human resources and organizational management from Vanderbilt University.
