HR Coordinator
Location: Marietta, GA
Responsibilities:
The HR Coordinator provides quality services, and support in employment, training, employee relations, benefits, and compensation for the Human Resources Department business unit team. Responsibilities include: Administers human resources policies and procedures for all company personnel; Disseminates all calls and information into the HR Dept. Acts as liaison with various internal and external customers and fosters effective relationships. Keeps management advised of potential problem areas and recommends/implements solutions as appropriate. Administers decisions of human resources department and business unit in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services. Assists with employee relations information gathering for further investigations. Assists in new employee orientation at headquarters.
Requirements:
Meeting the minimum requirements does not necessarily ensure an interview. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree and/or 2 - 4 years related business experience. Minimum Experience: 2 - 4 Years Human Resources experience. Preferred Field-of-Expertise: HR generalist experience/Pharmaceutical experience/exposure. Core Competencies: Communication, Customer Service, Orientation, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork. Functional Competencies include Change Management, Coaching and Consulting, Compliance, Conflict Leadership and Negotiation, Organization Design, Development and Effectiveness, Process Facilitation, Staffing and Retention, and a Strategic Business Perspective.
